At Om Squared Yoga, you are invited to experience your best self.

 

After nearly two decades in corporate roles, I had seen friends & colleagues succumb to the pressures of long hours & increasingly sedentary lives behind the desk.

I initially created Om Squared Yoga to share the benefits of a regular yoga practice with a few close friends & colleagues, but as word spread I found myself being contacted by corporate groups, sporting teams & individuals wanting to experience the benefits of yoga for themselves.

 

My programs include elements of  Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Fascia yoga along with mindfulness & relaxation
